The St. Therese medal measures about 1 inch. It has a beautiful pink gemstone with it and is on a balled adjustable 19 1/2 inch chain. The back of the medal reads: "Grant us the strength to walk in the footsteps of St. Theresa, Give us the gift on faith and servitude that we may live our life as she did."
